DIY Christmas Tree Topiary using items from the Dollar Tree and the garden

I've been brainstorming on how to decorate in a thrifty manner, but still have dramatic impact.  This is one of the ideas that I came up with.  The other is an amazing Snowman's hat that I made using recycled materials and decorations from the Dollar Tree.
